Well, it’s been quite a while since I last wrote a post on here. Even longer since I talked about what I have been up to. This year came with many unexpected surprises, and I am thankful for them and what I gained through each experience. Last Sunday I attended a small conference for AMWA members within my area. The conference was pretty amazing! Attending academic conferences has become a big part of my academic career, and I’m glad they are because I think they are important for many reasons.
