My Week in Photos July 24 – 30, 2016

My Week in Photos

I spent most of the week running around doing errands and studying physics. It was definitely less stressful than last week, and I greatly enjoyed that I was more productive with my projects.

This is the second week of my brother’s summer football practices. Although some days I can’t wait for the sun to set to free me from the unbearable heat, I really enjoy it. Sitting on the end of the track with the families and friends of his teammates is a nice way to end the day.

One of my favorite things is when I find little gems around the city where I did not see them before. I have seen this tree for most of my life, but this week I saw how beautiful it actually was. I hope to take more time throughout my day to appreciate the people and things around me more.

I also love to appreciate the little things. Like the fact that I saw a monarch butterfly (my favorite!) when I was having a bad day. I also got 3 free donuts when I went in for a treat. I took the time to spread my happiness by sharing my free treats with family – something I recommend doing often.

What did you appreciate most about your week?
